I hold diplomas in Hypnotherapy, NLP, Hypno-Coaching and Yoga. I am a fully registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I fought to reach the pinnacle of my profession as a west end stylist. When I felt that I had achieved all I could I fell seriously ill due the intense stress of being at the top.
My recovery brought an awakening of a different purpose to my life and realised after coming through this journey of adversity that I wanted to help people who like myself were suffering from stress and other related problems.
“The rose tinted glasses came off, life in the fast lane was not sustainable. I’d done this to myself!”
My personal journey from west end stylist to hypnotherapist and yoga teacher has been of great importance to my therapeutic approach in the practice as going through this experience has brought up obstacles and barriers, which have made me put into practice all the tools and techniques that hypnotherapy and yoga provide.
I will never ask anything of my clients that I’m not willing to do myself. 7 years on from that illness I’m now a mother to 2-year-old Charlie and off ALL medication! This is thanks to walking my talk and employing the methods I work within the practice.
I excel at promoting positive change with my clients. I believe firmly that each person already has all the resources within themselves to make the changes in their lives they desire.
Hypnotherapy is a fantastic way to tap into the abundant natural resources of the human self, unlocking these resources whilst creating new techniques and ideas to facilitate and motivate behaviour change.
